David Murathe, the Jubilee Vice Chairman who resigned from his formal position, has continued to criticize Deputy President William Ruto.
Murathe, a fierce critic of DP Ruto, has joined a section of Jubilee leaders opposed to Ruto's presidency in 2022.
He took to Facebook to express his concerns, stating: 'William Ruto is making the Kalenjin nation poorer than he found. He failed to solve the Mau issue and the maize issue. He should address these serious issues before talking about 2022.'
Murathe also claimed that Kalenjins are suffering more than any other Kenyan community.
The government has started evicting illegal settlers in the Mau Forest, with some leaders expressing concern over the handling of the evictions.
Leaders allied to DP Ruto have alleged that the evictions were carried out in an inhumane manner.
However, some leaders, including Cherangany MP Joshua Kutuny, have blamed DP Ruto for keeping mum on the issue and failing to provide solutions.
