On September 6, 2019, city cop Hessy and his fellow officers made a significant impact in Umoja by taking down notorious thugs Junior and Mwaskana.
The two had been terrorizing residents in the area, with a CCTV footage of them robbing a supermarket going viral.
According to the police, the thugs also robbed an MPesa shop belonging to a top cop and shot him when he tried to defend himself.
Hessy shared gory photos of the thugs, warning them to surrender their guns to the police or face the consequences.
