Justice Esther Maina’s restraining order specifically targets properties in Nairobi, including ten land parcels in Kayole, two plots in Thindigua, and developments in Embakasi Ranching, Runda Grove, Migaa Estate, Lakisama, and Kencom Sacco-Runda. The EACC alleges these assets were accumulated between 2015 and 2017 during Waititu’s time as Kabete MP and up to 2020 while he served as Kiambu governor.
