Milly Wairimu, former partner of musician Mejja, has accused him of infidelity and abuse, citing these as reasons for their December 2020 separation.
Wairimu described Mejja as abusive, stating he subjected her to emotional and physical mistreatment. "He made me suffer greatly, cheating is one of many issues. He's very abusive, and it's not necessary for someone to hit you to be abusive," she said.
Despite her lingering affection for Mejja, Wairimu emphasized she would not rekindle the relationship. "I will always love him but he's not good for me," she stated.
She revealed she ended the relationship after repeated attempts to address his behavior. "I realized I needed a life without him. I just got tired and saw that he wouldn't change," Wairimu explained.
Wairimu's public condemnation of Mejja intensified during his birthday, when she posted a photo of the couple with a scathing message: "Happy birthday idiot. I wish you nothing but bad life. You have to pay for your wicked ways."
The couple dated for 18 months before their split. Wairimu now focuses on her well-being, stating she only communicates with Mejja when intoxicated and when his other partners contact her.
