On September 5, 2019, Harmonize's departure from WCB was a topic of much discussion, with many wondering what led to his decision. Diamond's father, Mzee Abdul Juma, an artiste in his own right, has now weighed in on the matter.

According to Mzee Abdul Juma, Harmonize's growing international presence may have been a factor in his decision to leave WCB. In his own words, Harmonize 'started exhibiting signs of leaving WCB after he began getting shows in foreign countries, this gave him the implication that his name was a big draw so he can go it alone.'

While Harmonize himself has been coy about discussing his reasons for leaving WCB, Mzee Abdul Juma's comments offer an interesting perspective on the matter.
