On September 5, 2019, Susan Mwaniki spoke out against gospel artist Willy Paul in an exclusive interview with Mpasho, accusing him of being a womanizer and violent towards his girlfriends.
According to Susan, Willy Paul has multiple girlfriends, and she is currently in contact with two of them, who are unaware of each other's existence.
'He has so many girlfriends,' Susan said. 'I knew it, but currently, I am talking to two of his girlfriends, and he does not know.'
Susan also revealed that Willy Paul has a baby mama, and when she asked him about it, he refused to discuss the matter.
'I knew about his baby mama,' Susan said. 'There is a blog that wrote about him and the baby mama getting together, and when I asked him, he refused to talk about it.'
Susan further alleged that Willy Paul does not drink or do drugs, making it puzzling why he becomes violent.
'He does not drink, maybe he started recently, and he does not do drugs,' Susan said.
On whether this is the first time Willy Paul had physically assaulted a woman, Susan said it was the second time, as he had previously beaten another lady.
'That is the second time because the first time he beat another lady,' Susan said. 'He is a good guy, but the problem is his ego is what makes him think he is a king.'
Susan also revealed that after beating her, Willy Paul went out for two hours and acted like nothing had happened, and she stayed with him for four days before returning home to Thika.
'After beating me, he went out for two hours and acted like nothing happened,' Susan said. 'I did not go home; I stayed there for four days before I went home to Thika.'
When asked why she stayed with him after the assault, Susan said she thought he would change, but every other day, she heard him threatening and treating people the way he wanted.
'I stayed because I thought he would change, but every other day, I hear him threatening and treating people the way he wants,' Susan said.
