On September 3rd, 2019, Franklin Wallah joined KTN as the new investigative reporter, barely a month after parting ways with K24.
However, his joy was short-lived as he was robbed by six armed gangsters just hours after reporting to his new work station.
According to his Facebook post, the gangsters trailed him to his place and robbed him at knife point, taking his two phones, money, and a watch.
Wallah expressed his gratitude to God for sparing his life and thanked his new employers for welcoming him to the team.
He had previously announced his exit from K24 on August 8th, 2019, after three and a half wonderful years, citing a need for change.
