On her 29th birthday, reality TV star Lala Kent celebrated in style, posting a completely naked photo on her Instagram while on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The photo, captioned "Celebrating my birthday in my birthday suit," quickly went viral.
According to Lala, her body is the result of hard work with a personal trainer, who helps her maintain a fit physique. "We have abs every day. Then we do a leg day, we do a chest day," she explained in a 2018 interview with Cosmopolitan. Lala also emphasized the importance of feeling comfortable and confident, without sacrificing her love for bread and cheese.
However, there's one thing Lala has given up: alcohol. The reality star has been open about her struggles with alcoholism and has been sober for a while now. "I felt like I was falling into a pattern. But I am actually, for real now, completely sober. I’ve never been happier," she told Cosmopolitan.
Lala's fiancé, Randall Emmett, also celebrated her birthday by posting a sweet message on Instagram, praising her for being a "boss and leader" who gives everyone a piece of herself. The couple's adorable dog, Lilly, also made an appearance in a tamer birthday selfie posted by Lala.
