A fire engulfed Huruma Girls High School in Nairobi on September 3, 2019, causing concern among students and authorities.
The Kenya Red Cross reported the incident and dispatched a response team to the scene, which is located in Makadara Constituency.
According to eyewitnesses, the fire had been burning for 45 minutes before any assistance arrived from Nairobi City County.
