The ideal candidate will be part of a global IT company, Genesis Media, with operations in high growth markets across several continents.
Main Responsibilities: ¶
- Sell advertising formats for TUKO.co.ke
- Establish and maintain long-term and short-term client relationships
- Build strong professional and personal relationships with clients
- Own overall client satisfaction and handle feedback and objections
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize, retain, and upsell business with 360 solutions
- Create digital strategies, proposals, and media plans for clients according to briefs
Requirements: ¶
- Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, or Media; a degree in a similar field is an added advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with client management experience
- Aggressive personality and fast learner
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the media or digital sector
- Good understanding of various digital advertising solutions
- Proven ability to meet and surpass set targets
- Deep knowledge of other markets with relevant vendor contacts
- Ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
