Kenyan socialite Jahmby Koikai has been battling endometriosis for years, and her recent return to Nairobi has brought new challenges.

After two years of seeking medical treatment abroad, Jahmby returned home, but she's finding it difficult to adjust to the Kenyan weather.

According to Jahmby, the thin Nairobi air is making it hard for her to breathe, block her air passage, and expel mucous and other fluids from her body.

She's been using a heater and humidifier to moisturize the air, but the low temperatures and fluctuating oxygen levels have been causing her concern.

Jahmby's doctors were on standby, prepared to take her to the emergency room if needed.

She's grown medically aware of her body and flare-ups in her recovery, and she's now in dire need of a health club facility willing to sponsor her membership.

Jahmby is looking for a health club with a steam bath and sauna that doesn't charge membership fees, as she's spent all her funds on medical bills.

She believes that sitting in a steam bath will clear her airways and increase blood flow to her lungs and chest area.

She's kindly asking for help in finding a health club willing to sponsor her membership, and she's counting on her fans to spread the word.
