On September 2, 2019, Bahati and Weezdom were at odds, with Weezdom leaving EMB records after a public falling out. The rift was so deep that Bahati deleted all of Weezdom's music videos from his EMB Records YouTube account.
However, the two artists have since made amends and are now working together again. Bahati announced the release of their new song, 'Block,' on his Instagram page, saying:
