Anerlisa Muigai Celebrates Mother's Birthday Amid Keroche CEO's Tax Evasion Scandal ¶
On August 30, 2019, Anerlisa Muigai took to her social media to celebrate her mother Tabitha Karanja's birthday, just a week after the Keroche CEO was arrested for tax evasion.
Tabitha Karanja, the CEO of Keroche Breweries, was arrested by the DCI on August 23, 2019, and later released on bail of 15 million Kshs.
Despite the controversy surrounding her mother's arrest, Anerlisa decided to put the events behind her and celebrate her mother's special day.
She shared a heartfelt post on Instagram, expressing her love and gratitude towards her mother, saying, 'In the mix of everything, I remembered today is my mother's birthday and Ben and I decided to surprise and cheer her up before she went to work this morning… Happy Birthday Mum, We love you and may God bless you always.'
The post was accompanied by a series of photos of Anerlisa and her mother, Tabitha Karanja, enjoying quality time together.
