Manchester United's Premier League season has gotten off to a rocky start, with the team struggling to find their footing.
After a promising 4-0 win over Chelsea in their season opener, United have failed to replicate that form, drawing 1-1 against Southampton and dropping crucial points.
Midfielder Juan Mata has spoken out about the team's lack of killer instinct, saying, "When you score the first goal and you have the ball and you seem that you are having the tempo of the game, you need to kill (it off) and score the second goal and then the game is more or less done."
Mata's comments echo those of manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who has also expressed concerns about the team's inability to finish off games.
With just five points from their opening four matches, United are under pressure to find their consistency and start winning games.
"We need to find this consistency and try to win and add three points after three points and that's our main objective," Mata said.
