On August 31, 2019, Rose Muhando returned to the country and attended Rev Lucy Natasha's church service, where she was given an opportunity to share her testimony.

During her testimony, Muhando narrated that before she was hospitalized, Rev Natasha prayed for her, which led to her healing.

"Before I went to the hospital, I stepped on this altar, but The Lord has brought me back here. That's why God has lifted me up again."

Muhando also shared that Rev Natasha appeared to her in her dreams and asked her to stand strong.

"When you told me in my dream that I should stand up, I stoop up and today I'm healthy again."

The Tanzanian singer expressed her gratitude to Rev Natasha and announced that she is about to release an album, which she recorded while she was broke.
