On August 30, 2019, actor turned YouTuber Zac Efron took his fitness web-series Gym Time to the next level by teaming up with Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Juju Smith-Schuster for an epic workout session, led by NFL trainer Jamal Liggin.

During their training, Smith-Schuster shared with Efron what it's like to be one of the youngest and most skilled wide receivers in the NFL, recalling his first 97-yard touchdown: "I was like, did I really just do that?!"

Liggin started the session with a warm-up, followed by rapid movement exercises on a ladder to give Efron a taste of the fast footwork needed in the NFL. Smith-Schuster, however, effortlessly nailed this portion of the workout, leaving Efron in the dust.

The trio then moved on to medicine ball core exercises, with Liggin emphasizing the importance of core strength: "Everything comes from the core." He advised Efron to keep his arms extended to rotate his entire body with his core.

Next up was interval training, featuring dumbbell presses, medicine ball slams, banded high knee exercises, kettlebell dead lifts, and sled pulls, which took their toll on the duo.
