On August 30, 2019, the DCI issued a warrant of arrest for Joseph Mwangi, alias Joe, in connection with the forgery of a letter purporting to be from a Cabinet Secretary.
The letter allegedly threatened Magdalene Mbele, the mother of acrobat Wendy Waeni.
DCI detectives are now searching for Mr. Mwangi, who is wanted for his alleged involvement in the forgery.
