On August 30, 2019, the historic Uhuru Gardens in Lang'ata, Nairobi, underwent a much-needed makeover with the cutting of two-metre-long grass. Japheth Amugada, a resident, expressed his delight at the new look but questioned the delay in the maintenance work. He suggested that regular grass cutting, installation of seats or benches, and fixing of the drainage system would greatly enhance the recreational facility.

Amugada also appealed for the planting of more trees to provide shade for visitors during hot afternoons. His contact information is available for those who wish to reach out to him.

Meanwhile, the ongoing national census has been marred by unnecessary distractions, according to Boniface Muindi. He lamented that some politicians have been engaging in irrelevant activities, such as cooking and serving tea, which are wasting the time of enumerators. Muindi emphasized that these sideshows could prolong the census process, which is supposed to be completed within a few days.

On a more positive note, Anwar Ogle congratulated Jubaland's newly-elected President, Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Islam, also known as Madobe, on his surprise victory. Ogle expressed hope that Madobe would become one of the greatest leaders in Jubaland, turning the country into a secure and prosperous nation. He wished Jubaland a new era of peace and prosperity.

Lastly, Carey Yiembe highlighted some peculiar habits of Kenyans that he finds disgusting. These include slamming car doors, borrowing favourite newspapers, staring into space, and pretending to sell valuable products online. His contact information is available for those who wish to reach out to him.
