On August 29, 2019, Dr. Pimple Popper, a dermatologist and TLC host, shared a video of a patient's cyst popping on her Instagram account.

Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, can be seen squeezing a thick green discharge from a large cyst on a patient's body, which is likely a form of sebum, a typically yellowish substance that helps keep the hair and skin lubricated.

After warning the patient that graphic images were to follow, Dr. Lee cleans the wound using a pair of long wooden cotton swabs and then applies pressure to the cyst, causing a roil of gunk to erupt from the hole.

The patient remains remarkably calm throughout the procedure, saying he doesn't feel anything other than Dr. Lee pushing on his flesh.

Dr. Pimple Popper has shared numerous videos of cyst pops on her Instagram account, and this case was a relatively docile cyst, making for a relaxing pop.
