On August 29, 2019, Ajogi Real Estate made history by being voted the most promising land selling company in Kenya at the Annual Real Estate Excellence Awards 2019 held at Movenpick Hotel in Westlands, Nairobi.
The real estate firm, which has properties in Nanyuki, topped six other competitors in the category by offering competitive prices for land in prime locations, transparency in land transactions, flexible land payment schedules, and a positive track record in processing title deeds.
Managing Director James Mwenda expressed his gratitude, saying, “This is no mean feat. We are honoured to receive this prestigious award, it reflects our commitment to offer the best to our current and prospective clients.”
Ajogi Real Estate has been in operations for four years, selling parcels of land in Nanyuki and Meru, and has a sister company, Ajogi associates, which provides land surveying and planning services in Meru County.
The firm plans to expand its business to other towns, including Nairobi and Nakuru, and is rebranding to unveil new products and service provisions, including leveraging technology to serve customers better.
