Elizabeth Hurley, 54, has been a fitness inspiration to many with her stunning red bikini photo on Instagram. The model and swimsuit designer has revealed her fitness secrets, which involve exercising outdoors and incorporating cardio into her daily routine.
According to an interview with E! News in 2016, Elizabeth prefers to exercise outside with her dogs, rather than hit the gym. She likes running around, so she doesn't feel like she needs to be skinny, but she feels the need to be athletic and fit.
Elizabeth also does squats for 'as long as it takes to brush [her] teeth in the morning,' and repeats the routine in the afternoon, as she previously told Women's Health. She takes her Labrador, Hector, and cocker spaniel, Mia, and moves 'just fast enough to get my heart rate up.'
Elizabeth's fitness routine is all about finding ways to stay active throughout the day. She believes that 'fresh air frees you of all tension,' and that's why she prefers to exercise in the great outdoors.
