LA Galaxy striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has sparked speculation about a potential return to Manchester United, his former club, when his contract expires in November.

Since joining the Major League Soccer side in March 2018, Ibrahimovic has scored 46 goals in 49 games, a testament to his enduring talent.

‘I could play easy in the Premier League, so if United needs me, I’m here,’ Ibrahimovic said in a recent interview.

His previous stint at Manchester United, which ended in 2018, was marked by a successful debut season in 2016-17, during which he scored 28 goals before suffering a knee injury.

Although he signed a new deal to stay with Galaxy for the 2019 campaign in December, Ibrahimovic has not ruled out a return to Manchester United, citing his loyalty to the club and his desire to contribute to their success.

However, any potential return would be subject to the English transfer window, which reopens in January, and would require Ibrahimovic to wait until then to play for the club again.

Despite his affection for Manchester United, Ibrahimovic remains committed to LA Galaxy, saying, ‘Galaxy has me, so I’m sorry.’

He also expressed his gratitude for the opportunities he had in Europe, where he won 33 trophies, and his hope to achieve similar success with Galaxy.

As for his current team, Ibrahimovic watches Manchester United's games and believes they were unlucky in their home defeat by Crystal Palace on Saturday.
