On August 28, 2019, detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) arrested a police constable attached to Kasarani Police Station for assaulting a clinical officer at Mukunga Medical in Nairobi.
Constable Ndunda Kiilu was taken into custody after employees of the clinic called the police for help after he started causing a disturbance.
During the arrest, the officer was found in possession of bhang and was also accused of causing malicious damage to property.
The suspect will be arraigned in court to face charges under narcotics drug, assault, and creating disturbance.
