Dr Hassan Ole Kamwaro, the former chairman of the Transport Licensing Board, has died after a long battle with throat cancer.
According to reports, Kamwaro was receiving treatment in the US at the time of his passing.
He leaves behind three widows, and his family is yet to issue an official statement.
Dr Kamwaro's death comes just two months after the passing of Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore and Kibra MP Ken Okoth, who also succumbed to cancer.
