Manchester United's struggling season has prompted a 'come and get me' plea from Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who currently plays for LA Galaxy in the MLS.
Ibrahimovic, a 37-year-old striker, has expressed his readiness to play for Manchester United if they need him, citing his past success with the team under Jose Mourinho.
During his time at Manchester United, Ibrahimovic won the EFL Cup and the Europa League title under former boss Jose Mourinho.
Despite his impressive performance in the MLS, Ibrahimovic believes he could still play in the Premier League and would not mind a return to his former club.
He stated, 'I could still play easily in the Premier League. If United needs me, I’m here. But Galaxy has me so I’m sorry.'
Before leaving Manchester United, Ibrahimovic won the EFL Cup and also the Europa League title under former boss Jose Mourinho.
