Jon Pardi, the rising country star, lives on a 15-acre property in rural Tennessee, surrounded by natural beauty. However, he's not often home to enjoy it, as he's been touring since 2010, first alongside Dierks Bentley and now on his own.

On a recent visit, Pardi showed us around his property and talked about his diet and fitness routine. As a performer in some of the country's hottest places, he needs the right kind of culinary and exercise discipline to sustain long sets in the heat.

His kitchen is stocked with a variety of foods, including salsa, eggs, hot sauce, string cheese, and mustard. However, Pardi says his staples are green lettuce, broccoli, and asparagus, which he includes in his plates of BBQ chicken or grilled filets.

When on the road, Pardi tries to cut back on bread and flour, but he does indulge in Mexican food, which is his weakness. He also has a sweet tooth and has been known to sneak in a bucket of Red Vines.

To maintain energy, Pardi relies on Kombucha, which he says keeps him away from Red Bull. He also works out regularly, usually between three and five days a week, and includes exercises like pushups, sit-ups, planks, and jump squats in his routine.

As a country music star, Pardi's fitness goals are not about putting up 500 pounds, but about looking fit and feeling good. He says, "I'm just trying to look fit. Looking okay with a shirt off," he adds.
