Chipukeezy Takes His Show to YouTube ¶
Comedian Vincent Mwasia Mutua, aka Chipukeezy, has announced that his show will move to YouTube after a fall-out with Ebru TV management.
According to Chipukeezy, the decision was made to enable him to continue discovering new talents and entertaining, educating, and growing them.
He shared that the live recordings will be held every Monday, with the show airing on his YouTube channel, Chipukeezy TV. The live recordings will also take place outside Nairobi, visiting universities, high schools, counties, and even the diaspora in Dubai, USA, and Qatar.
Chipukeezy's decision was endorsed by several celebrities, including Kate Actress, Janet Mbugua, Kalekye Mumo, and others, who expressed their support for his move to YouTube.
On Monday, Chipukeezy disclosed that he had been asked to fire Kartelo from his show that airs on Ebru TV, but in return, he opted to terminate his contract with the station.
Chipukeezy's announcement was met with excitement from his fans, who have been watching his show on YouTube from before.
