Media personality Chipukeezy has announced that his show on Ebru TV will no longer air, citing conflicting ideas with the station.
According to Chipukeezy, Ebru TV had requested him to terminate his agreement and collaboration with Kartelo on his show, citing concerns that the show had become too 'ghetto' due to the presence of many young musicians and comedians.
However, Chipukeezy argued that he has a passion to follow, which involves lifting the youth of the country, and that his show is a platform for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
He stated that he was not willing to let go of Kartelo and that the show would continue, but on a different platform.
Chipukeezy expressed his gratitude to Ebru TV for the support they had given him and thanked his supporters for their encouragement.
Among those who came out to respond to Chipukeezy's announcement was Willy Paul, who wrote, 'don't stop for anyone ala!!! Keep strong my nigga!! Wise man!!'
