On her social media pages, Betty shared a heartfelt post about her mother's sacrifices, revealing how she had taken out numerous loans to pay for her education and that of her siblings.
"Back in 2010 when I graduated from Daystar. It was One of my proudest moments especially because my dear mother had really struggled to educate my siblings and I. She paid our fees by taking many many loans… It was a real struggle that I live to remember. I’m so grateful to her; I am because she was. Love you mum," she wrote.
