The government has introduced new rules for e-passport applicants, requiring them to book appointments before visiting the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) offices.

According to a statement issued by the NTSA, the new rule is aimed at reducing congestion and long waiting times at the offices.

The NTSA has introduced an online booking system, which applicants can use to book appointments at their preferred time and date.

Applicants will be required to provide their identification details and a valid email address to book an appointment.

The new rule comes into effect immediately, and applicants are advised to book their appointments in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
