Gor Mahia is set to face Aigle Noir of Burundi in the CAF Champions League return leg preliminary clash on August 25, 2019, at Kasarani Stadium at 4pm.

Nicholas Kipkirui and Lawrence Juma will be the main strikers in coach Steven Pollack's 4-4-2 looking squad, while the midfield roles will be commanded by Tobias Otieno, skipper Kenneth Muguna, Boniface Omondi, and Dickson Ambundo.

Geoffrey Ochieng, Wellington Ochieng, Joash Onyango, and Charles Momanyi will offer a shield to Tanzanian goalie David Mapigano.

Coach Pollack believes his team will be equal to the task, saying, 'We deserve to win because of the way we've been training…hopefully the eleven players will do what they are supposed to do,' in a pre-match interview on Friday.
