Tecno Unveils Phantom 9 with AI Triple Camera in Kenya

The wait is over for Kenyan smartphone enthusiasts as Tecno has unveiled its latest Phantom device, the Tecno Phantom 9 series, in the country.

According to Transsion Holdings, the Hong Kong-based parent company of Tecno, the device is now available in Kenya after its successful launch in other markets, including Nigeria, India, and Uganda.

Phantom 9 boasts an array of enhanced features that take smartphone experience to a new level, including an AI Triple Camera, in-display fingerprint scanner, and Face Unlock.

The device features a 6.4-inch FHD+ (1080 x 2340) AMOLED Display with a tiny notch and minimal side bezels, making it a sleek and modern smartphone.

With the AI Triple Camera, users can capture incredible photos and videos in every scenario, and the device also comes with Google lens features for smart object identification.

Phantom 9 is running on the latest Android P and comes in a 128GB+6GB variant, making it a powerful and feature-packed smartphone.

Users can purchase the device at a pocket-friendly price of Sh24,999 or opt for affordable monthly installments of Sh2,730 per month for up to 12 months.

Existing Tecno phone users can also trade in their old devices to get the Phantom 9 at a subsidized price.
