Kenya's lawn bowling team concluded their participation at the AST lawn bowling competition on Thursday, August 22, 2019, at the Nairobi Club.
Fridah Mwangi, a Kenyan lawn bowler, bounced back from a disappointing start to secure the country's only win, defeating Botswana's Boikhutso Mooketsi 21-9.
However, this solitary victory was not enough to propel Kenya to the top three, as they finished fourth in the women's singles category.
The top three spots were secured by Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Zambia, who will receive their medals at the Karen Country Club in Nairobi on Saturday.
