Philemon Otieno, a defender of Harambee Stars, has been injured in a match against Tanzania in the CHAN tournament and will undergo specialized treatment in France.

According to K'Ogalo, Otieno will be out for three months due to the injury he sustained during the match.

FKF, the Football Kenya Federation, will cover the cost of Otieno's treatment in France, as per the information provided by his club.

Otieno will be the second Harambee Stars player to undergo treatment in France, following Brian Mandela.

Gor Mahia, Otieno's club, will host Aigle Noir of Burundi in a CAF Champions League match on August 25.
