Manchester United Condemns Racist Abuse Against Paul Pogba

Manchester United has condemned the racist abuse directed at midfielder Paul Pogba after his penalty miss against Wolves on August 19, 2019.

The club has promised to take action against the perpetrators, stating that everyone at Manchester United is 'disgusted by the racial abuse aimed at Paul Pogba'.

According to a statement from the club, they will work to identify the individuals involved and take the strongest course of action available to them.

The incident occurred during a Premier League match at Molineux, where Pogba won a penalty after being fouled by Conor Coady but saw his spot-kick excellently saved by Wolves goalkeeper Rui Patricio.

Following the match, furious fans took to social media, subjecting Pogba to disgusting racist abuse.

Manchester United's draw against Wolves saw them miss out on a chance to go top of the Premier League standings.
