Before marrying into the British Royal Family, Meghan Markle was known for her passion for good food and cooking. She shared her favorite recipes and cooking tips on her blog, The Tig, before it was closed down ahead of her wedding to Prince Harry.

Breakfast

Brunch

Meghan loves brunch and has been known to whip up delicious dishes, including avocado toast. She has shared photos of her cooking on social media, including a snap of her making a healthy snack for her friends.

Lunch

One of Meghan's favorite lunchtime snacks is chips. She has said in interviews that she loves sharing fries with friends and considers it its own food group.

Dinner

Meghan enjoys cooking pasta sauce from scratch, which she describes as 'sexy' and 'filthy.' She has shared her recipe, which involves cooking courgette, water, and bouillon for over four hours. The sauce is then served with pasta and is a favorite among her family.

Meghan is also a fan of baking and has been known to make banana bread at home. She has even taken a homemade loaf to a picnic with Prince Harry during their Royal Tour of Australia and New Zealand.
