On August 19, 2019, Barcelona confirmed that midfielder Philippe Coutinho had joined Bayern Munich on a one-year loan with an option to buy.
The 27-year-old Brazilian player, who joined Barcelona from Liverpool in January 2018 for an initial 120 million euros, plus another 40 million euros in potential add-ons, is now set to play for Bayern Munich.
According to the agreement, Bayern Munich has the option to buy Coutinho at a fee of 13.7 billion shillings (120 million euros).
