On Sunday, Raila Odinga, the African Union High Representative for Infrastructure Development, departed Kenya for a one-week visit to Indonesia.
Published on August 18, 2019, at 10:15 PM EAT, Odinga is scheduled to attend the Indonesia-Africa Infrastructure Dialogue in Bali on August 20 and 21, 2019.
According to a statement from Odinga's spokesperson, the former premier will address the opening session of the conference on August 20, where he will discuss the status of Africa's infrastructure development and future plans.
The Indonesia-Africa Infrastructure Dialogue is a follow-up to the Indonesia-Africa Forum held in 2018, aiming to strengthen relations between Indonesia and Africa, particularly in infrastructure development and strategic industries.
