As the August holiday season kicks off, Co-op Bank Kenya has introduced several services to make life easier for its customers.

These services include MCo-op Cash, Co-op Cards, Co-op Bank Jirani, and M-Collection Services, which cater to various needs of customers, from receiving and sending money to making payments and accessing loans.

With MCo-op Cash, customers can receive and send money without incurring any transaction fees, making it a convenient option for both personal and business transactions.

Co-op Cards, on the other hand, offer a safe and cashless way of making transactions, with no taxes involved. These cards can be used globally at any Visa-compliant merchants for various services such as shopping, fueling, payment of school fees, and more.

Co-op Bank Jirani agents have also made it easier for customers to access Co-op Bank services without having to travel to urban centers. These agents allow customers to pay school fees, make deposits, and receive payment slips instantly.

Additionally, M-Collection Services enable learning institutions to make fee collections through M-Karo, while also providing other services such as insurance premium payment, Sacco dues payment, and more.

These services are designed to make life easier for Co-op Bank customers, and they are available through various channels, including the bank's mobile app and agents.
