On August 18, 2019, Flying Squad Detectives arrested seven individuals, including former Makadara MP Reuben Ndolo, at Bustani Gardens along Oledume Road for creating disturbance and threatening to kill.
The suspects, who are in police custody, include Daniel Otieno Juma, George Otieno, Cyrus Nyamboga Gichana, Bernard Ochieng Andai, Dick Otieno Ombaka, and Hassan Dima Wario.
According to sources, the former MP and a businessman are engaged in a vicious fight over a parcel of land.
The suspects are awaiting arraignment on Monday to face charges after investigations are completed.
