Published on August 17, 2019, a Kenyan man, Billy Kipkorir Chemirmir, has been indicted in a Dallas Texas court on charges of capital murder in the death of six women aged 76 to 94.
Chemirmir, an illegal immigrant residing in Dallas Texas, was initially arraigned in court in March 2018 following the death of 81-year-old Dallas woman Lu Thi Harris.
Investigations have uncovered a chain of other incidents linking Chemirmir to the deaths of other elderly women in the Dallas metropolis.
Chemirmir has denied the charges, but is being held for being in the country illegally in addition to the charges filed thus far.
