Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has sparked controversy by threatening to expose politicians who have illegitimate children.

According to Sonko, he will publish the names of these politicians in newspapers to make them accountable.

He claims that some of these politicians are involved in a scandalous affair, with two of them allegedly vying for the presidency and seven others accused of fathering children out of wedlock.

On August 4, Sonko received complaints about these politicians through a phone call, in which they were accused of fathering children and abandoning them.

"Evidence, including video footage and recorded conversations, is available and will be published in newspapers as an advertisement and also on Mike Sonko TV," Sonko said.

Sonko also stated that he is working with lawyers to find advocates for the affected children, who will be required to undergo DNA testing.

Many politicians and public figures are accused of having extramarital affairs, but they often deny the allegations and hide behind their public image.
