On Friday, Camp Toyoyo grounds in Nairobi's Eastlands will host a highly anticipated soccer tournament, where top European football agents will be in attendance to scout for local talents.

The event, held in partnership with Odibets, aims to put Kenyan players on the global map, according to the event's host and organizer Ghost Mulee.

Among the players signed by the agents are Robert Mambo and retired Kenyan International Mcdonald Mariga.

Ghost Mulee expressed his optimism about the tournament, stating, "We have done this before, and we still believe that we have much more local talents to showcase in this tournament. We hope that through this soccer tournament, we will encourage our youth to be more productive with their lives and perhaps venture into football as a full-time career."

Odibets country marketing manager Aggrey Sayi also commented on the partnership, saying, "Odibets is always on the lookout for mutually beneficial partnerships that will leave a lasting impact on our communities even as we focus on giving Kenyans an ample gaming experience."

The participating teams in the tournament include Chapa Dimba All Stars, Kariobangi Sharks U 20, Koth Biro All Stars, Acacoro U20, Eastleigh Youth, Liberty U20, Kriss Darlin All Stars, and Royal Wanyama All Stars.

The tournament is scheduled to kick off at 9am and end at 5pm, with the unveiling of the Champion of Champs at the venue.
