The video starts with Dr. Pimple Popper squeezing with both hands and all her might, causing her patient to wince in anticipation, not pain. After popping out the first lipoma, she shifts over to pop out the second one, which ejects from the little opening with an audible pop.
Popaholics were thrilled with the second pop, with one fan commenting, 'Oh yes that second one! Satisfying af!!' Another fan compared the contents to a food, writing 'Looks like sesame chicken,' while one more suggested cloudberry, an alpine fruit similar to a blackberry or a raspberry.
