On August 8, two men, Ferhat Ercan and Salaman Ekinci, were arrested outside the north London home of Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil, in connection with a carjacking attempt.
According to police, the attempted car-jacking and the public order offence are being treated as separate incidents.

They have since been charged with a public order offence and are due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on September 6.
Following the incident, Arsenal pulled Ozil and left-back Sead Kolasinac from the away game at St James' Park, citing "further security incidents".
"The welfare of our players and their families is always a top priority," the club said at the time.
"We have taken this decision following discussion with the players and their representatives."
However, Arsenal manager Unai Emery has now confirmed that Ozil and Kolasinac are mentally ready to play against Burnley on Saturday.
"My focus is to be positive and think the players are 100 per cent with their mind here," Emery said in a pre-match news conference.
"I want to help them be normal with us, training, thinking and above all taking the focus for each match."
Emery also dismissed speculation that Ozil may start for Arsenal amid interest from MLS side DC United, saying his only focus is Saturday's game.
