Paris St-Germain has rejected two bids from Barcelona and Real Madrid for Brazilian forward Neymar, according to Guillem Balague, a BBC Radio 5 Live expert.
Barcelona's offer, worth 100m euros (£92.4m), included Brazilian midfielder Philippe Coutinho and Croatian midfielder Ivan Rakitic as part of the deal.
Real Madrid, on the other hand, proposed a deal that included money, as well as Welsh winger Gareth Bale and Colombian forward James Rodriguez.
However, PSG asked for Brazilian forward Vinicius Junior, but Real Madrid did not include him in their offer.
Neymar, who became the world's most expensive player in 2017 when PSG paid him 222m euros (£205m) to buy himself out of his contract at Barcelona, has scored 34 league goals in two seasons for the French champions.
Despite his impressive form, PSG fans have been critical of Neymar, with some holding up a banner telling him to 'go away' during their Ligue 1 opener against Nimes.
