On August 17, 2019, SOMO, a non-profit organization, will host its first trade exhibition at the Alchemist, starting from 10 am. The event marks a significant milestone in the organization's mission to drive social change by supporting local entrepreneurs.
The exhibition will feature a diverse display of products from social entrepreneurs from all over Kenya, providing attendees with an opportunity to purchase affordable products and directly contribute to the growth of local businesses.
At the same time, SOMO will roll out applications for its exclusive three-month business skills boot camp, designed to equip local entrepreneurs with the necessary skills to succeed in the market.
The event will also include a networking session for young entrepreneurs, entertainment for adults and children, and a supervised kid's area for arts and crafts. Local vocalist Anto Neosoul and other upcoming artists will perform at the event.
