On Tuesday, the Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) paid a paltry Sh2,500 to each of its 13,967 members, sparking widespread criticism on social media.

On Wednesday evening, he shared a video of himself checking into a hotel room in Lagos, Nigeria, where he was living his best life with the Sh2500 he received from MCSK.
"Lagos Nigeria We here, Living my best life with my 2500 from MCSK but regardless, The OG shall push Boundaries, The OG shall Represent Kenya On That international Market, Some Sacrifices we make are For the greater good, The OG shall be respected," he captioned the clip.
