August 14, 2019 - Pastor James Maina Ng'ang'a of Neno Evangelism Centre has spoken out about his decision to marry a younger woman, who is his daughter in age.
Ng'ang'a, who has been at the center of controversy in recent times, said he fell in love with his wife Loise Murugi while she was still in university.
He revealed that he started showing her love and affection when she was still young and in school, and even asked her to marry him when she was still in her early twenties.
"When I was young, I used to give her good words. I used to tell her that she was going to be my wife. I used to tell her that she was going to be my everything," Ng'ang'a said in an interview.
Ng'ang'a's decision to marry a younger woman has sparked controversy, with many questioning his motives and the age difference between him and his wife.
However, Ng'ang'a has defended his decision, saying that he loves his wife and that she is his 'gold'.
