On August 13, 2019, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, shared a video on Instagram of her extracting a large blackhead from a patient's earlobe.
According to Dr. Pimple Popper, the blackhead was so big that it was bordering on a dilated pore of Winer, a type of skin condition.

Dr. Pimple Popper used her scalpel to nick the blackhead and then her comedone extractor tool to remove it.
